22nd Century Technologies was recently awarded the General Service Administration's (GSA's) 8(a) STARS II Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), a procurement vehicle designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing IT services for the federal government. The 8(a) STARS II program is reserved exclusively for qualifying certified 8(a) small business concerns as the prime contractors and includes a 5-year base with one five-year option and a $10 billion program ceiling.

July 2011 NAVSEA has awarded 22nd Century Technologies multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for a wide range of engineering, technical, and programmatic services and solutions for the Virtual SYSCOM (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, SPAWAR, Strategic Systems Program (SSP), NAVFAC) as well as Commander, Naval Installations (CNI) and the US Marine Corps. 22nd Century has won a SEAPORT Enhanced contract covering all 7 zones and 22 functional areas.
