Department of Transport (DOT) awarded 22nd Century a contract for providing the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) with Information Technology support services, computer software application operations maintenance, systems development and integration. This includes requirements analysis; software development and maintenance; test and quality assurance plan development; development and maintenance of system and user documentation; and system maintenance and support.

Multilingual Mobile Application for Voice of America
22nd Century worked for the Voice of America News (VOANews) mobile team developed a first ever multilingual application supporting over 40 languages. The Office of Digital and Design Innovation (ODDI) took on the task of creating the news application for Voice of America for both the Apple iOS and Android operating system. A unique feature of this app is to support over 40 different languages in a single mobile interface. The global app delivers up-to-date news to people around the world. 22nd Century Technologies congratulates the whole team at VOANews.

AFPEO Gunter AFB awarded 22nd Century Technologies a contract to provide Life Cycle Management Support for Base Support and Expeditionary (BaS&E) Planning Tool System. Life Cycle Management Support is required in the form of technical and support tasks associated with BaS&E projects, programs, applications, and infrastructure. 22nd Century Technologies will provide services to incrementally maintain, deliver, and test in support of the PMO; specifically, but not limited to: planning, quality, configuration management, training, and test management support. We will provide support for current and future BaS&E capability package enhancements. Specifically, the program management office (PMO) requires support in the areas of Configuration Management, Test Management and Evaluation, Quality Assurance, Database Management, Subject Matter Expertise, Requirements Management, and Training Management. 22nd Century Technologies will follow and refer to the Air Force Program Executive Office (AFPEO) Business and Enterprise Systems (BES) Directorate Systems Engineering Process (SEP) system life cycle management and systems engineering processes as it applies to Defense Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics tailored to Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) disciplines.

Consumer Product Safety Commission awarded a hotline services and data management contract to 22nd Century Technologies. Under this contract 22nd Century Technologies will manage and operate a toll free hotline, IVR and TTY/TDD services to provide customer services to consumers in United States.

IRS awarded sustainment, enhancement and program management contract for Compliance Data Environment (CDE)

IRS faces challenges with "Tax Gaps" from a portion of the taxpayer population. To ensure compliance and to minimize these "Tax Gaps," the IRS has developed software solutions such as CDE used by SB/SE. 22nd Century will support the changes required by new legislation that increased third party reporting of income for Merchant Payment Card Reporting. The support includes software development, requirements gathering, analysis, software design, software development, and software testing activities. The scope also requires supporting Project Management Office (PMO).

22nd Century Technologies, Inc. wins $20.0 Billion NIH CIO-SP3 Contract

22nd Century Technologies has been awarded the Chief Information Officers – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). This contract vehicle provides information technology (IT) health and biomedical-related services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements of federal agencies.

CIO-SP3 is a 10 year, multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) GWAC with a $20 billion contract ceiling that supports the Federal Enterprise Architecture, the Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture and the Federal Health Architecture. All Federal civilian and DoD agencies are eligible to place task orders against the IDIQ for their IT requirements. Task areas for the 22nd Century Technologies team include: IT Services for Biomedical Research, Health Sciences and Healthcare, Chief Information Officer Support, IT Operations and Maintenance, Critical Infrastructure Protection and Information Assurance, Digital Government, Enterprise Resource Planning and Software Development.
