Department of Information Resources TX: awarded a contract of IT Staffing Services to 22nd Century Technologies Inc. to provide End-User IT Outsourcing Services. Contracted staff render services and are paid on an hourly basis.
 

How to order:

• The customer prepares a Statement of Work (“SOW”) using the required format in Appendix C, ensuring it is complete and signed by an authorized representative.
• The finalized SOW is distributed to one or more approved DBITS vendors within the designated service category, with response deadlines set at the customer’s discretion.
• The customer reviews all responses and selects the vendor that best meets the stated requirements.
• The customer issues a purchase order that includes the applicable DIR contract number. No work may begin until the vendor has received the purchase order.
   

Service Warranty Policy

22nd Century Technologies, Inc. (TSCTI) is committed to providing services with professionalism, diligence, and in accordance with the scope and expectations outlined in the applicable Statement of Work (“SOW”).

If any portion of the services does not meet these agreed standards, 22nd Century Technologies, Inc. (TSCTI) will collaborate with the client to promptly address and remedy the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

This policy applies solely to services performed by 22nd Century Technologies, Inc. (TSCTI) under the agreed scope. It does not extend to circumstances outside reasonable control, including third-party systems, client-owned environments, or any changes to scope not previously approved.
