Job Title: Office Support Assistant II (Admissions)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Descriptions:
Essential Functions
- Collects, compiles, and accurately enters data into EMR system and maintains confidentiality
- Answers inquiries and provide detailed information regarding the admission and legal process to potential clients, caretakers, and QMHPs in person or via telephone
- Must possess strong verbal skills to communicate with law enforcement, nurses, physicians, and patients
- Must possess the ability to use computer, printer, and scanner
- Be a self-starter and work in
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualification
- Must be High School Graduate.
- Clerical experience will substitute for the required education on a year for year basis.
- Employees may be required to maintain valid driver's license and may be required to drive a licensed vehicle.
Shift Timings
- 3 PM – 11 PM
