Essential Functions
The Junior Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support by analyzing and making recommendations to maximize efficiency within the organization in areas related to budget, systems and procedures, program, facilities planning, general management, and personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
Two years of experience in a staff capacity analyzing and making recommendations for the solution of problems of organization, systems and procedures, program, budget, or personnel.
Licensing and Certifications
A valid Class C California Driver’s License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
Knowledge and Skills
Be able to multitask, be able to process data entry, be able to read Excel spreadsheet, be able to read reporting forms of reportable communicable diseases.

Assisting with administrative work to maximize efficiency within the organization in areas related to budget, systems and procedures, program, facilities planning, general management, and personnel.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Excel and Microsoft teams, and Outlook Email applications and usage of IRIS data base.
Work Shift
M-F 8-4:30 OT is needed.

Telework/may require occasional reporting to: 313 N. Figueroa Street, Suite 212, Los Angeles CA 90012
