Job Title: Assistant Health Analyst

Duration: From the date of joining till 12/31/2023
Job Descriptions:
Essential Functions
  • Cultivate relationships with schools, school districts and partners serving schools.
  • Develop projects, materials and resources designed to support school immunization efforts.
  • Utilize immunization data to identify priority schools, communities or special populations, monitor and evaluate project progress. Design processes and maintain data collection on school efforts.
  • Collaborate with other DPH departments to enhance relationships with schools and program outcomes.
  • Support the mission and vision of the Vaccine Preventable Disease Control Program.
Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in a staff capacity analyzing and making recommendations for the solution of problems of organization, program, procedure, budget, or personnel -OR- One year of responsible administrative or staff experience assisting in research and analysis of, and making recommendations regarding the use and deployment of resources and the implementation and refinement of operations and programs.
Licensing and Certifications
A valid Class C California Driver’s License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
