Back Download News and Updates Nov 09 | Oct 09 | Sept 09 Dec 2009 : TSCTI wins BMC Design and Implementation project from the Department of Justice TSCTI has been engaged by the Department of Justice to successfully implement an Enterprise Monitoring Environment using BMC Performance Manager at the Justice Data Centers. TSCTI will be providing expert guidance and technical support services for implementation and transition of the project. The Operations Services Staff operates the Justice Data Centers (JDC). The JDCs provide application hosting, server hosting, and dial-up email and Internet access, for the Department of Justice components and other agencies to fulfill their respective missions. TSCTI will be using applications like BMC manager, Oracle and Unix administration.   Dec. 2009: TSCTI won Information Technology Staff Augmentation Statewide Contract with the State of NY. TSCTI has been selected as one of the awarded vendors of State of NY providing IT Staff augmentation services in the areas of Web Development, Project Management, Programming Services, GIS Services, Help Desk Support, LAN Integration, Network Security and Wireless Networking.   Nov 2009: Washington State Awards Statewide ITIL Assessment contract to 22nd Century Technologies 22nd Century Technologies has been selected by WA State Department of Information Service (DIS) for ITIL assessment which will include State of Washington's DIS organization's IT Service Management capability including people, processes and ITSM supporting technology/tools used by the DIS organization.   State of Arizona Nov 2009: IT Security Engineering and assessment project award from Tohono O'odham TSCTI will provide security assessment to the client's IT system. Work will include providing recommendations for updates and improvements to the system security, implement security measures, provide training, provide assistance in developing IT policies, procedures and strategic planning.   Nov 2009: TSCTI won IT Architecture contract for Criminal Case Management project from the Judiciary Court TSCTI will be providing Systems/IT Architectural support under the directions of the ITO [Information Technology Office] staff. Work will include documenting systems requirements, preparing project plans, prototypes, design, develop and implement the Web Application System within the ITO protocols and procedures using Java.   Nov 2009: TSCTI extends Cognos Reporting Project with Cargill Inc. TSCTI will provide consulting services for Cognos reporting to Cargill Inc, an international provider of food, agricultural and risk management products & services. We won the project for their Financial Business Unit called CarVal Investors. We will be working on to develop Cognos reports for their opportunist value investing project.   Nov 2009: Yet another win for TSCTI with Phoenix Department of Aviation As part of this project TSCTI will provide GIS services with the Phoenix Department of Aviation. The project consists of updating and revising GIS data to be created and maintained for the City of Phoenix Aviation Department. Data will be checked for inclusions in the City's GIS web portal. Tools used are Arc GIS including Arc Editor and SDE.   Nov 2009: TSCTI wins temporary staffing project with Department of Human Resources Management TSCTI will be providing temporary staff for the Department of Human Resources Management, State of Utah. Under this project, the Department of Human Resources Management would be transferring the existing staff onto our contract. Six of the staff has already been placed successfully.   Nov 2009: TSCTI won a Consolidated Automation Project with the Department of Human Services TSCTI will be providing System Analysis and Java coding services for CAP application, a component of CAF SSM (CAF Self Sufficiency Modernization Program) under the directions from the CAF Program Manager.   Nov 2009: Temporary Employment Services, UT TSCTI will provide General Employment services required by State of UTAH under this contract. We are awarded vendor contract for Clerical Office Support and Fiscal categories. TSCTI professionals will perform tasks which shall include answering phones, processing the flow and logging of paper work, filing, distributing mail, office supplies, and documents, basic research such as locating available information from files, telephone calls, making appointments, operating office equipment, (i.e., copying machines, fax machines), general bookkeeping, posting of data, verifying numbers, Processing vouchers and other related technician level tasks.   Nov 2009: Computer Equipment repairs / services & Computer Consulting / Network services, Boston, MA TSCTI will provide Computer Equipment repairs/services and Computer Consulting / Network services for the Boston Fire Department Information Technology Division.   Nov. 2009: Wayne County Airport Authority (MI) awarded Technology Staff Augmentation Services contract to TSCTI. TSCTI will provide Specialized application software development, Technical training, Development and design of computer process and procedure flow charts, Development and design of data collection computer files, Computer desktop support, Website design and maintenance, Network engineering under the newly awarded contract program.   Oct 2009: TSCTI wins yet another contract teaming up with OST Global, Department of Homeland Security. TSCTI will be providing SharePoint Engineering/Administration services to the Department of Homeland Security, Science and Technology Doctrine Division. TSCTI will be using technologies like MOSS 2007, InfoPath, and SQL Server 2005 to provide the optimal solution.   Oct 2009: TSCTI won an IT Staffing contract from the City of Memphis TSCTI will provide all IT professional services required by the City of Memphis, TN under this contract. This is a two year contract. TSCTI will support in providing staff, in the technical areas of web development, GIS Services, Help Desk Support, LAN Integration, Network Security, Project Management Services, Wireless Networking and Oracle support.   Oct 2009: TSCTI signs IT Consulting & Support contract with Commercial Clients TSCTI's Commercial Sales Enhancement Program yields clients across various domains like Media, Healthcare, Financial, Education, Hospitals, Universities and Telecom. TSCTI plans to implement services to commercial clients providing turn-key solutions right from Enterprise Software Development, infrastructure support and IT consulting services.   State of Washington Oct 2009: TSCTI Successfully completed another project with Department of Licensing, State of Washington TSCTI won this fix bid project with very aggressive timelines. TSCTI put together a team which worked day, nights and weekends to complete it within time and within budget. The project involved creating an “Online endorsement wizard” to increase the number of business licenses available for their existing Internet Master Business Application (IMBA) online application. These enhancements assisted current businesses in selecting and filing for additional licenses online. It also provided specialized businesses an avenue to initiate their application process online and receive the supplemental information in the mail for completion. TSCTI wins another web development project to modify the Prevailing Wage Intents and Affidavits (PWIA) system with the Department of Labor and Industries, State of Washington With urgent need to replace Prevailing Wage Intents and Affidavits (PWIA) system which was an outdated legacy application, Department of Labor & Industries joined hands with TSCTI to rejuvenate and develop a new web-based application. TSCTI will be converting the existing web application with all existing business rules functioning to Microsoft Visual Studio.net Framework 2.0. TSCTI will also be automating the bi-annual wage update process. Other technologies used include ASP.net, SQL Server 2005/2008, Javascript, HTML and CSS.   Oct 2009: TSCTI wins a Sharepoint based web-development project from Phoenix Aviation Department City of Phoenix Based on services provided to Phoenix Aviation Department, TSCTI won another web-development assignment. TSCTI has been engaged by the Phoenix Aviation Department to create a web part to access the company's user directory information. TSCTI's technology competencies were utilized at max based on implementing and integrating of MicroSoft Sharepoint for this web-development project.   Oct 2009: We win Magic Software and Maintenance Project with Majestic Insurance We will be setting up and maintaining Magic Development Environment including interface with other environments. We will also be working on setting up and maintaining the Magic Production Environment, which will include maintenance on Magic engines.   Oct 2009: TSCTI wins an Application Architecture Project TSCTI will be working on the J2EE platform Application Architecture to build and deploy the existing RBA application used for payment processing applications. Technologies being used are Jboss, Linux OS, Apache web server and JBoss builds and deployments.   Oct 2009: Ohio Department of Public Safety (ODPS) offers and high-level network analysis project to TSCTI to analysis Law Enforcement Automated Data System (LEADS) network TSCTI will be providing an assessment of the current department's network and provide best-practice designs for the future network based on requirements defined by the ODPS. TSCTI will be working on the Law Enforcement Automated Data System (LEADS) Network Separation Project. Working environments are CISCO, EMC SMARTS, Edge Service Routers (ESR) and Content Services switches.   Oct 2009: Diversify Win in Education and Learning Systems TSCTI has been engaged by the Department of Education, State of Kentucky for a Chinese Course Development project. TSCTI will work with the Virtual Course Developer to design collaborative activities, create instructional elements, develop course outlines, write unit and lesson overviews using backward design approach, design assessments, and integrate the use of LinguaFolio in the course.   Oct 2009: TSCTI ventures into Network Engineering with the City of Phoenix, Aviation Department TSCTI will be engaged in the designing, installation, and maintenance of all network devices operated by the City of Phoenix within the airport. It will include supporting management of 500+ devices, assisting all ongoing IT infrastructure projects, configuring and troubleshoot MPLS network throughout the airport, maintaining routing, inter-network routing, firewall security of networks and maintaining VPN and remote access.   Oct. 2009: TSCTI has been awarded a 4-year Temporary Personnel Services Contract by Superior Court of California, County of Orange TSCTI will be providing technical experts assisting Superior Court of California, County of Orange with PL/SQL Developer, Project Manager, Quality Assurance Analyst, Technical Writer, Network Administrator, Helpdesk Technician, Telecommunications Systems Coordinator, Telecommunication Systems Specialist, Unix Systems Administrator for a contract term of four (4) years.   Sep 2009: Won Federal Contract from Naval Medical Center, San Diego Under this contract, TSCTI will provide all ongoing operational technical support required by Navy Medical Center San Diego, Information Management Department (NMCSD/IMD). The support involves technical areas of web development, database administration and project Management support. TSCTI will provide reliable, consistent, disciplined, highest-quality, state-of- the-art, technical support for web-related NMCSD operations, permitting NMCSD IM subject-matter experts to become more productive using web technologies. The emphasis of this technology will permit NMCSD more efficient and secure delivery of health-information services to its customers. Technologies involved includes Sharepoint, . Net, Coldfusion, XML and Oracle PL/SQL   Sep 2009: National Institutes of Health - US Department of Health TSCTI bags an Online Web Catalog Management system project from National Institute of Health. TSCTI is developing online web-based catalog management system for NIH. This will enable customers to go to NIH website and order products from NIH warehouse. Once solution is implemented, it will also help NIH to manage web based product catalog. TSCTI won the staffing vendor ship of EDS/HP which will provide more opportunities to us. EDS/HP provide on average 1600 requirements per year.   Sep 2009: TSCTI won two contracts with Department of Labor, Office of Inspector General a) TSCTI is developing portal for OIG which will be based on MOSS 2007. This portal will be used by 400 employees in 4 different locations to collaborate and handle their internal communication and sharing of the information. Portal will have in-built workflow management. Solution will also be integrated with Microsoft Outlook so that employees can receive and send email from portal. Employees can also search for documents attach with emails. b) Under this contract TSCTI is planning, developing, and implementing a solution to integrate Microsoft's System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) 2007 and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007 products into the OIG network infrastructure. System will provide a mechanism for monitoring availability and operability of client servers and notebooks in support of critical data systems and applications. involved includes Sharepoint, . Net, Coldfusion, XML and Oracle PL/SQL.   State of Florida Sep 2009: TSCTI bags a contract from the Department of Financial Services (DFS), Division of Worker's Compensation (DWS), State of Florida for the support and maintenance of the FileNet based Optical Fast Flow Information System (OFFIS) TSCTI will be analyzing, designing, programming, testing, training, and implementing releases for the Optical Fast Flow Information System (OFFIS) enhancements and maintenance, and assisting in ensuring the application's integrity and stability. OFFIS project environment will have FileNet IDM Desktop programming, FileNet workflow programming, FileNet Capture programming, Workflow queues programming, VB.Net, VB6.0, Crystal Repor ts, Adobe Programming, Programming with Imaging controls, Oracle, SQL server, DB2, FileNet Imaging services maintenance, IDM Desktop/Capture and all Scanners/Fax maintenance. TSCTI grabs this contract from HCL who had this contract for 4 years.   State of WA Sep 2009: Department of Retirement System TSCTI won a Web Development and maintenance contract from the State of WA Dept of Retirement System. TSCTI will be developing and maintaining internet web site content, reviewing web pages and documents for technical content, and for providing technical training and assistance to DRS junior page developers.   Sep 2009: Department of Transportation TSCTI won a database management contract from the State of WA - DOT. TSCTI is supporting various databases at WSDOT. The scope of work will include Implementation of data architectures, security policies, and data extraction and loading routines.   State of Oregon Sep 2009: TSCTI won a Project Management contract from the Department of Human Resources, State of Oregon, CRIMS project TSCTI will work with the Criminal Records Unit to gather additional requirements for a Criminal Information Management System (CRIMS) from different vendors and different states. TSCTI with the Criminal Records Unit will begin a second evaluation of other state and vendor systems. TSCTI will lead the effort to do the environmental scan of the potential systems, compare them to the existing use cases and requirements, and will make a recommendation for moving forward with this Project.   State of NC Sep 2009: State of NC : A & T State University TSCTI will provide technical expertise, support to the campus faculty, staff and students. TSCTI will also provide service to the Support Services department of the Division of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoIT). TSCTI will be assisting clients with their technical problems in regards to any of the University's supported software platforms including, Windows and MAC based Operating Systems and PC based software computing platforms.   Sep 2009: TSCTI has been involved by OST Global for infrastructure consulting and implementation of a new Data Centre using Blade technologies Due to rapid growth, OST Global was planning to revamp their infrastructure and build new Data Center with blade technologies. As part of this initiative, OST Global has engaged TSCTI for Infrastructure consulting and implementation which will include new Windows Blade Infrastructure setup, SAN Storage setup, Windows Server 2008 Installation, Virtualization and setting up Virtual servers, Active Directory design, setup and migration, MS Exchange migration from 2003 to 2007 and migration of existing Sharepoint 2007 environments to new Blades. It also includes coming with solution for Archiving, Anti Virus and Anti SPAM.   State of NC Sep 2009: Employment Security Commission involved TSCTI for getting services for the development of a Windows client application The Employment Security Commission involves TSCTI to provide application development services for a Windows client application. TSCTI will work with ESD staff to design and develop new applications. TSCTI will provide application design, planning and development with creation of graphical user interfaces and code development that address business needs. This project will also be involved with developing time estimates and identifying project milestones so as to define efficient cost & time optimized results.   Sep 2009: CPA, TX assigns TSCTI with ACD System modification Implementation Project TSCTI will work towards the development and implementation of modifications to agency wide Comptroller's Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system. TSCTI will also be working in the development of ICM routing scripts and Studio VXML applications for ACDs with configuration of telephony applications such as automated attendant, web attendant, interactive voice response and research and integration of new ACD applications into the existing environment.   Sep 2009: State of Maryland : Two long term contracts won by TSCTI with Administrative Office of the courts for Court Case Modernization a) TSCTI won the project with the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), MD. This is a one year contract under which TSCTI will be providing Analysis and programming support for Court Case Management modernization, support of Domestic Violence Central Repository, Warrants Data Exchange with DPSCS, ongoing Progress programming support for Civil, Criminal and Juvenile UCS modules statewide and support the daily process of reporting the restitution judgments from UCS to VINE . The services will include programming, data migration, reporting, maintenance, trouble shooting and ongoing support for these projects using Progress technology, UNIX/AIX, Oracle, PL/SQL, JavaScript and XML. b) TSCTI will develop several DOS/Windows based applications to assist the Maryland Judiciary in carrying out its daily business. These applications will be created utilizing a variety of technologies including Clipper, Foxpro, MS Access, Paradox, Oracle, C++, C#, and Java. JIS and TSCTI are in the process of creating several new applications to replace current applications into a new n-tier architecture utilizing Java and Oracle enterprise technologies.   Sep 2009: TSCTI wins a Web Development project for the UAE Embassy TSCTI's consultants are involved in Web Development for UAE Embassy. TSCTI is doing this project as SRA sub and will have extensive use of software skills like Drupal, PHP and MySQL.   Sep 2009: CPA, TX awards another project to TSCTI TSCTI will perform advanced analysis, design, and programming of Adobe Forms in conjunction with the Franchise Tax Project. The system includes a billing and accounting module that enables the DOC to invoice and receive payment for calibration, testing, placing-in-service (PIS) permitting, and laboratory services. The TSCTI consultants will provide Systems Engineering & Integration support to OIT.   State of Montana Oct 2007: The State Procurement Bureau General Services Division (GSD) has awarded TSCTI with 3 years contract to provide Information Technology Services. The contract is anticipated to start early next year   State of New Jersey Aug 2007: The Department of Treasury, on the behalf of Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), has awarded TSCTI 5 years contract to provide IT Staff Augmentation services. The contract is anticipated to start early next year.   State of Washington Mar 2007: TSCTI has been awarded a contract extension for next 3 years with Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Information Services (DIS) and Department of Health (DOH). TSCTI consultants will continue to provide Systems Integration & Infrastructure support to these departments.
