| Dec 2009 : TSCTI wins BMC Design and Implementation project from the Department of Justice |
| TSCTI has been engaged by the Department of Justice to successfully implement an Enterprise Monitoring Environment using BMC Performance Manager at the Justice Data Centers. TSCTI will be providing expert guidance and technical support services for implementation and transition of the project. The Operations Services Staff operates the Justice Data Centers (JDC). The JDCs provide application hosting, server hosting, and dial-up email and Internet access, for the Department of Justice components and other agencies to fulfill their respective missions. TSCTI will be using applications like BMC manager, Oracle and Unix administration. |

| As part of this project TSCTI will provide GIS services with the Phoenix Department of Aviation. The project consists of updating and revising GIS data to be created and maintained for the City of Phoenix Aviation Department. Data will be checked for inclusions in the City's GIS web portal. Tools used are Arc GIS including Arc Editor and SDE. |

TSCTI won this fix bid project with very aggressive timelines. TSCTI put together a team which worked day, nights and weekends to complete it within time and within budget. The project involved creating an “Online endorsement wizard” to increase the number of business licenses available for their existing Internet Master Business Application (IMBA) online application. These enhancements assisted current businesses in selecting and filing for additional licenses online. It also provided specialized businesses an avenue to initiate their application process online and receive the supplemental information in the mail for completion.

| With urgent need to replace Prevailing Wage Intents and Affidavits (PWIA) system which was an outdated legacy application, Department of Labor & Industries joined hands with TSCTI to rejuvenate and develop a new web-based application. TSCTI will be converting the existing web application with all existing business rules functioning to Microsoft Visual Studio.net Framework 2.0. TSCTI will also be automating the bi-annual wage update process. Other technologies used include ASP.net, SQL Server 2005/2008, Javascript, HTML and CSS. |

a) TSCTI is developing portal for OIG which will be based on MOSS 2007. This
portal will be used by 400 employees in 4 different locations to collaborate
and handle their internal communication and sharing of the information.
Portal will have in-built workflow management. Solution will also be
integrated with Microsoft Outlook so that employees can receive and send
email from portal. Employees can also search for documents attach with
emails.
b) Under this contract TSCTI is planning, developing, and implementing a
solution to integrate Microsoft's System Center Operations Manager
(SCOM) 2007 and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007
products into the OIG network infrastructure. System will provide a

with Administrative Office of the courts for Court Case
Modernization |
a) TSCTI won the project with the Administrative Office of the
Courts (AOC), MD. This is a one year contract under which
TSCTI will be providing Analysis and programming support for
Court Case Management modernization, support of Domestic
Violence Central Repository, Warrants Data Exchange with
DPSCS, ongoing Progress programming support for Civil,
Criminal and Juvenile UCS modules statewide and support
the daily process of reporting the restitution judgments from
UCS to VINE . The services will include programming, data
migration, reporting, maintenance, trouble shooting and
ongoing support for these projects using Progress
technology, UNIX/AIX, Oracle, PL/SQL, JavaScript and XML.
b) TSCTI will develop several DOS/Windows based applications
to assist the Maryland Judiciary in carrying out its daily
business. These applications will be created utilizing a variety
of technologies including Clipper, Foxpro, MS Access,
Paradox, Oracle, C++, C#, and Java. JIS and TSCTI are in the
process of creating several new applications to replace
current applications into a new n-tier architecture utilizing
Java and Oracle enterprise technologies. |
